Sometimes, i can be a snob. yeah, i can be one.
In Yahoo Messenger, sometimes, there are those who IM me..saying either:
Hi
ASL?
or simply Buzz me..
I ignore them most of the time..(sorry to those)..why?
Because in my status message, i said that i was busy, can't chat right now, or do not disturb..
here are the 'meanings' of my status messages:
wla lng status/kung ano matripan kong status - ok lang kahit mag-usap tayo.. kausapin mo ko as much as you want. kahit di tayo magkakilala.hehe..
wla lng status with matching busy icon - pwede sana tayo mag-usap, kaya lang may kausap na ko eh..hehehe.. pero, pwede pa rin naman cguro..gusto niyo, conference na lang.para masaya!
busy - i'm busy..yes, i am.. but not THAT busy... you can still talk to me.. if you think you have what it takes..(if you really are close to me, nakapagchat na tayo dati ng ilang beses, you are my friend, etc.)(hahaha) but don't expect na makakareply ako kaagad..kasi medyo marami rin akong ginagawa.
Do not disturb - i can't be disturbed.. but, you can ask me MAJOR questions.. not those 'asl?' blah blah.. don't say hi or dare buzz me..go straight to the point..
Busy. Can't chat right now - It means:: 'I really can't chat right now'. It's either i am really busy or i have to go very very soon and i'm just checking my mail OR someone is behind me/beside me/near me and can read what's on the screen. DON'T CHAT WITH ME WHEN THIS IS MY STATUS. UNLESS, of course, someone's life/health/security is involved. If it's really critical, PLEASE, do me a favor and ignore my status message. TELL ME.
